This is the all new top of the line carbon fiber Max Stick. It features a 16.5ft or a 20ft telescoping with one of our patent pending max stick attachments. This pole is made with a thick layer of carbon fiber (.5mm) greatly increasing the strength of the pole making it one of the most durable retrievers on the market. The attachment is slightly smaller than what the current max stick uses (34 Suction cups vs 42). This allows for less stress on the retriever when it is stored or laid on its side, but still has the same amazing result when retrieving your disc. The Max Stick CF also features a S clip feature to prevent your pole from extending on its own accidentally. This will help reduce accidental damage to your Max Stick CF while you’re out on the course, while in storage, or during transportation. Finally, the greatest feature of the Max Stick CF, every section of this retriever is replaceable. If you manage to break any section of this retriever we offer replacement parts for a reasonable price, making this the last telescoping retriever you will ever have to buy.

The Pole Guy –
I’ve used several metal telescoping poles and the flaw they share is the crimped collars that keep the ends from sliding too far. After a while they start coming loose which doesn’t usually lead to complete failure but they don’t stay extended. This carbon fiber pole weighs much less, is stiffer, and the sections are tapered so they stay together without the crimping that the metal poles use. The lighter weight makes moving the pole through the water so much easier when searching for a disc. Seems kind of weird to say this but it’s almost a joy to use compared my metal poles. Of course the sucky ball aka the DiscSucker3000 works as it should and is generally superior to any other attachment I’ve used. I paid close to the price of this CF pole for a super long “XXL” pole which was great until the collars started to come loose. It’s also heavy af and is definitely not a joy to use although it gets the job done in most cases. Between the two, give me that sweet sweet carbon fiber every day.
If you buy this pole you may have buddys whose schwartz is bigger than yours but you’ll handle yours so much better due to the light weight and all that stiffness.

Takes a little getting used to but definitely much better than the typical metal poles out there. Lighter and much stiffer when fully extended. The suction cups are a game changer for snagging discs quickly and incredibly easily.

Amazing tool! Love it! I get LOTS of guys asking where I got it. Just to give everyone an idea how good the suction cups work, I was playing a round and had the pole upright sticking out of my bag. I tossed a disc I wasn’t going to use toward my bag from about 10 feet away, and it stuck to the suction ball!!! Totally unexpected. Be the envy of your peers with this amazing piece of tech. I received my Max Stick CF today and immediately went out and tried it in the yard. So far this retriever seems very sturdy without sacrificing weight, easy to use, and attaches/suctions to the disc with minimal effort while wet or dry. I love the fact that you can replace any damaged sections with minimal effort. That was a big issue with my last retriever, however it was metal. My only complaint is that I didn’t order the CF20! This is a great product. Light weight and easy to clean. The functionality of the design takes a little getting used to, but the poles will not snap/break/bend/loosen/fall apart the way metal telescoping poles are prone to do. The suction cup head works best when a little wet. My only complaint is the size. This retriever is massive. Please make a compact version that fits fully in a standard size bag pocket (storage length 18” or smaller.) Even at the sacrifice of retrieval length, a 12’ retriever that fits in my long side pockets when compacted would be far more convenient and practical.

This is the retriever to end all other retrievers! I have used many different retrievers in the past and this is by far the BEST one! If you can reach your disc with this you will get it back unlike with other products. This is very easy to maintain and if a section does happen to break, a replacement section is available and affordable. You’ll never need a new one ever again.

Like all of the other commentators have said, this is THE disc golf retriever. I’ve used basically all of the other style retrievers on the market, but this MaxDisctance one is by far the best. It works the best and it’s the most efficient, which saves you a lot of time on the course. It has completely changed how I retrieve discs from water (I’m bad so I end up in the water a lot). Each part is also fully replaceable, which is a huge bonus! Plus, the customer service is exceptional.
