These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of maxdisctance.com and purchases made from Max Disctance LLC (“Max Disctance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility & Customer Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement. If a minor uses the website or purchases products, the transaction must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Products, Availability & Orders

Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are provided in good faith. Because products may be updated and displays vary by device, minor differences may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory, pricing, fraud, technical errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not prevent us from correcting an obvious pricing or inventory error before fulfillment.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges are shown at checkout when available.

Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We may use third-party payment processors and fraud-prevention services to complete and protect transactions.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, exclusions, return-shipping responsibilities, exchanges, and refund timing are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed for shipment within 3 business days. Delivery estimates provided by a carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, address issues, holidays, or other events outside our control.

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage, customs, or carrier charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Promotions & Wholesale Accounts

Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, dates, exclusions, quantity limits, coupon requirements, or other conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms control for that promotion.

Wholesale purchases may also be subject to account approval, wholesale pricing rules, minimum order quantities, resale requirements, MAP policies, or separate agreements communicated to the wholesale customer.

8. Product Use, Safety & Warranty

Products must be used, maintained, and inspected in accordance with their intended purpose and the applicable instructions and warnings. Telescoping retrievers can present electrical, pinch, impact, and carbon-fiber splinter hazards if used improperly or when damaged.

Our written limited warranty is described in the Warranty Policy. Product-use instructions and safety warnings are described in the Use, Care & Warnings page. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, product images, graphics, logos, text, software, product designs, documentation, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Max Disctance and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected website content or proprietary Max Disctance materials.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data in an abusive manner, impersonate another person, or misuse another person’s payment or account information.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers, systems, or legal rights.
