• Subject Line: Wholesale Application
• Username
• Store name
• Store Location
• Copy of resale certificate (for USA applicants only)

By creating a wholesale account, you agree that you will not sell our products
on any third party market places such as AMAZON, EBAY, ETSY, TIKTOK, ect.
